Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 15.06.2025 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Commissionerate Agra to Commissionerate Varanasi. 3. It is submitted that impugned order has been passed without considering the aspects that the petitioner's family is suffering from medical exigencies and his son is also studying in graduate classes in Agra and his study would be hampered due to same. 4.Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to him to make a fresh representation to the opposite party no. 3 Additional Superintendent of Police (Establishment), Nimitta Deputy Inspector General of Police Karmik, Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow, who may consider and decide the same expeditiously preferably within a period of two weeks from the date such a representation is moved. 5. With the aforesaid directions/observations, the petition stands disposed of.
