So far as petitioner no.2-Ashutosh Kumar Patel is concerned, learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition filed on behalf of petitioner no.2 with liberty to file fresh petition. Learned A.G.A. has no objection. Accordingly, the application is allowed. The present writ petition filed on behalf of petitioner no.1 is dismissed as infructuous. However, so far as petitioner no.2 is concerned, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh petition .
