Mr. Navnish Negi, learned counsel for the caveator-Committee of Management. 4. Petitioner is serving as Lecturer in a Government Aided Institution in District Pauri Garhwal. He was put under suspension by Committee of Management, vide order dated 12.02.2024. Petitioner has challenged the said order on the ground that necessary approval of District Education Officer, Pauri Garhwal was not obtained within sixty days of the passing of suspension order. 5. Mr. Navnish Negi, learned counsel appearing for the Committee of Management concedes that necessary approval of the Competent Authority could not be obtained within the deadline 2025:UHC:10023 fixed by the Statute. Thus, he concedes that the writ petition deserves to be allowed due to non-compliance of mandatory provision of law. 6. In view of concession recorded by Mr. Navnish Negi, learned counsel for the Committee of Management, the writ petition is allowed. The impugned suspension order is quashed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
