In the present 528 Application of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, the Applicant is challenging the impugned cognizance/summoning order dated 13.10.2025, passed by the court of learned Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Haridwar in Case No.146/2025, “State Vs. Shadab and others”, for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 115 (2), 351 (3) of the BNS, 2023 and under Sections 5(g), (m),(1)/6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. 4. Learned State Counsel submits that the charge-sheet has been filed in the present matter. This fact is being admitted by the learned counsel for the Applicant. 5. Learned counsel for the Applicant has submitted by limiting his prayer that the Applicant may be permitted to move a bail application before the Juvenile Justice Board concerned, and the same may be considered as expeditiously as possible. 6. The C528 application is disposed of with a liberty to the Applicant to move a bail application before the Juvenile Justice Board concerned, who shall consider the same as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law.
