The condition was complied by the petitioners without fail and hence prayed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners. 3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that the petitioners have complied the condition without fail. 4. Considering the rival submissions made on either side, nature of offences and the petitioners have also complied the condition without any violation, this Court is inclined to relax the condition in "toto". 5.
