Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that initially, the petitioner had filed a suit for permanent injunction in the year 2018, which was dismissed in default in the year 2023 and was subsequently restored. He further submits that an application for grant of status quo was also moved. 3. Considering the said application, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to move a comprehensive application for grant of injunction, if so advised. In case, such an application is filed, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law.
