The petitioner has raised a grievance before this Court in terms of Clause 5(iii) of the Transfer Policy dated 06.05.2025 and submission has been made that petitioner's husband has been transferred from Lalitpur to Etawah whereas the petitioner has been transferred from Jhansi to Banda and hence such a transfer is contrary to the clause which provides that in case both husband and wife are in government job, all efforts shall be made to ensure their transfer at same district/city/place. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the petitioner has already raised her grievance by means of an application dated 21.06.2025 (Annexure 9 to the writ petition), addressed to respondent no.2- Director, Ayurvedic Services, Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow and appropriate decision shall be taken within the time fixed by this Court. 4. The writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2 to consider the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in the light of Clause 5 (iii) of the Transfer Policy and also considering the contention of the petitioner to the effect that a post of Medical Officer is lying vacant at Rajkiya Ayurvedic Chikitsalaya, Lavedi, District- Etawah. 5. Such a decision shall be taken by 15.07.2025 provided a copy of this order along with photocopy of application dated 21.06.2025 is placed before respondent no.2- Director, Ayurvedic Services, Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow within a week from today.
