On 01.07.2025, that is, after filing of this writ petition, opposite party no.3 has written to the S.D.M. concerned for demarcation of Gata No.1705 which the petitioner claims to be his Bhumidhari land and till such demarcation, the construction of road has been stopped. 3. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with the observation/ direction that let the S.D.M. concerned undertake such demarcation in the presence of the petitioner as per rules within one month. Any construction of the road shall take place only thereafter and the Bhumidhari land of the petitioner shall not be encroached or used for the said purpose unless it is purchased or acquired as per law.
