The instant bail application has been preferred by the petitioner for grant of regular bail for the offences registered under Sections 17, 21(b), 25 of NDPS Act. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission has been made that the petitioner has been implicated in the present case only on the basis of the confessional statement made by the co-accused, who has already been granted bail by the Co- ordinate Bench of this Court in B.A. No. 1409 of 2024 vide order dated 8th May, 2024. Further, the petitioner has been languishing in jail custody since 08.04.2025. As such, he may be enlarged on bail. 4. Learned APP opposed the prayer for bail. 5. Having regard to the facts of the case and looking to the allegation made against this petitioner, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing the bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Principal District and Sessions Judge at 2025:JHHC:14435 2 Seraikella in connection with Adityapur P.S. Case No. 237 of 2023. 6. It is made clear that till commencement of trial, the petitioner shall report to the local police station every month and after commencement of trial, he shall appear on each and every date before the learned trial court and he shall not threaten any witness and shall co-operate in trial and if any adverse report will come against this petitioner, the learned trial court shall at liberty to cancel the bail of this petitioner.
