Following order was passed in this matter on 21.05.2025:-
“Notice at this stage confined to respondents No.1 to 3. Ms. Menka Raj Chauhan, Deputy Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was initially transferred under office order dated 01.05.2025 from GSSS Khanot, District Mandi to GHS Binoo U/c GSSS Kalhog, District Solan. On petitioner’s representation, he was transferred to GSSS Chowk on 09.05.2025 vice respondent No.4. The petitioner joined at GSSS Chowk, District Mandi on 13.05.2025, however, on the same day office order (Annexure P-4) was issued keeping in abeyance the office order dated 09.05.2025.

Pursuant to the above order, learned Deputy Advocate General has placed on record copy of office order dated 28.05.2025 from the Director Elementary Education, Himachal Pradesh, whereby directions have been issued for implementation of the transfer order issued on 09.05.2025. Learned vice counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that office order dated 28.05.2025 has redressed the grievance of the petitioner.
In view of above, this writ petition to stand
disposed of. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
