The petitioners are the initial developers of the property, which was taken on development from the husband of the 2nd respondent. It is submitted that the petitioners are in possession of one flat, which is the bone of contention between the petitioners and the 2nd respondent. The 2nd respondents is also alleging that the petitioners have forged the signature of her husband and have taken possession of the property. In that regard, a civil suit has been filed by the 2nd respondent, which is pending consideration. 2. It is submitted that only to pressurize the petitioners, the present false complaint has been filed. 3. Heard the learned Assistant Public prosecutor. 4. As seen from the averments in the complaint, this matter would require investigation by the police. As such, this Court is not inclined to interfere at this stage. 5. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
