By means of the present writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has sought for a direction to learned Trial Court to decide the application moved by the petitioner for temporary injunction expeditiously within stipulated period fixed by this Court.

From perusal of the record, it transpires that a suit for permanent injunction was instituted by the petitioner on 06.08.2025 along with an application for temporary injunction. Learned Trial Court, instead of passing ad-interim ex-parte injunction in favour of the petitioner, has issued notice to the respondents-defendants to appear and to file objection to the temporary injunction application moved by the petitioner. Respondents- defendants put in appearance on 12.11.2025 and the learned Trial Court has given the respondents- defendants time for filing objection and case was fixed for 05.12.2025. 1

It is also transpired from perusal of the record that still the objection has not been filed by the respondents-defendants and next date is fixed on
05.12.2025.

In such view of the matter, in the background of aforesaid fact, this Court is of the view that at this stage, no interference is required exercising its supervisory jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.

Accordingly, the present writ petition fails and is dismissed in-limine.
