The present petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging that the process for appointment being undertaken, which is not fair, for which a representation has been given. 3. Learned Standing Counsel, based upon the instructions, states that the Tehsil Level Committee has approved the appointment of a dealer, namely, Shankar Aajivika Swayam Sahayata Samuh. 4. In view of the said statement, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to avail such steps as may be advised under law against the appointment order.
