[2] The present Contempt Petition has been filed under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for drawing up contempt proceeding against the respondent- contemnors for willful and deliberate disobedience and disregard of the specific direction of this Court dated 10.07.2024 passed in W.P.(C) No.457 of 2024. [3] In view of the change in circumstances proceeding dated 13.08.2024 came to be filed by the respondent and the same is placed on record to say that the order passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 457 of 2024 dated 10.07.2024 has been complied with. It is needless to observe that learned counsel for the petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 13.08.2024. [4] Accordingly, the present Contempt Petition is closed.
