A.G. assisted by Mr. Tomclist H., learned counsel, appearing for the respondents, submitted that the direction given by this Court has been complied with by the respondents by issuing an Office Memorandum dated 17.05.2024. The learned Addl. A.G., further submitted that so far as the direction No. 3 is concerned, the arrear bill due payable to the petitioner will be paid in accordance with the seniority list or in chronological order of the completion of work as clearly mentioned in the said Office Memorandum. In view of the above, the learned Addl. A.G. prays for closing the contempt case. Mr. I. Somorjit, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, fairly submitted that the respondents have duly complied with the order passed by this Court, however, the learned counsel prays for granting leave to the petitioner to approach this Court again, if the respondents did not comply with the direction given by this Court.
