Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:37768-DB Court No. - 1 Case :- CRIMINAL MISC. WRIT PETITION No. - 5724 of 2025 Petitioner :- Suraj @ Surja (In Adhar Card ) Respondent :- State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Deptt. Of Home Lko. And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Ajay Pratap Singh,Ram Kumar Shukla Counsel for Respondent :- G.A. Hon'ble Attau Rahman Masoodi,J. Hon'ble Shree Prakash Singh,J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State. On a close scrutiny of the F.I.R. impugned here in this writ petition, it cannot be said that no cognizable offence is made out. From a plain reading of the contents of the same, the plea of alibi, which was emphasized by the petitioner, may be a ground for bail and subject matter of investigation, however, on such a premise, a case for quashing of the F.I.R. is not made out. The writ petition for want of any plausible and just ground, calling for interference, is hereby dismissed without prejudice to right of anticipatory bail/regular bail available to the petitioner under the provisions of BNSS. Order Date :- 4.7.2025 Ram Murti (Shree Prakash Singh, J.) (A.R. Masoodi, J.) Digitally signed by :- RAM MURTI YADAV High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench
