This petition for direction for expeditious disposal of Complaint No. 1064 of 2020 ( Soni Pal @ Shivani Vs. Gaurav Pal and others) filed by the applicant under Section 12 of the Domestic Violance Act pending in the court of A.C.J.M. 1st, Lucknow is disposed of without entering into the merits of the case with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned court for the relief claimed in this petition, showing the grounds, in view of the law laid by Hon'ble the Supreme Court which provides that the constitutional courts should refrain from fixing a time frame and the grievance, if any, in this regard may be raised before the concerned court, who may consider the same in accordance with law, which shall be considered by the concerned court within two weeks of filing and the court shall proceed accordingly.
