136 Supp IN THE HIGH COURT OF JAMMU & KASHMIR AND LADAKH AT SRINAGAR CrlM No. 1704/2025 In CRM (M) No. 678/2025 CrlM No. 1705/2025 Syed Abdul Rauf ….. Petitioner (s) Through: Mr. Arshid Andrabi, Adv. V/s Principal Secretary to Government and Ors. ….. Respondent(s) Through: Coram: Hon’ble Mr. Justice Sanjay Dhar, Judge ORDER 07.11.2025 CrlM No. 1704/2025: For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the requirement of filing certified copies of the orders are dispensed with. CrlM disposed of. CRM (M) No. 678/2025: During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the FIR which is subject matter of the present petition was challenged by the petitioner by way of another petition bearing CRM (M) No. 644/2025 which has been dismissed by this Court in terms of order dated 17.10.2025. Copy of the order has been placed on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was asked by the Court to complete certain documents and it is because of this that the petition was dismissed. However, a perusal of the order dated 17.10.2025 shows that the petition has been dismissed on the ground that the same is hopelessly time barred and the Court had declined to exercise its discretion. In view of the above, this petition is not maintainable and is accordingly dismissed. (Sanjay Dhar) Judge SRINAGAR 07.11.2025 Aasif
