CORAM: HON’BLE MR JUSTICE JAVED IQBAL WANI, JUDGE O R D E R 10.10.2025 WP(C) No.2174/2024 Record of the proceedings would reveal that on 19.09.2025, when the matter was being considered, counsel for the petitioners came to be directed to produce the title deeds/ proof of ownership of land subject matter of the writ petition and it was specifically provided in the said order that in the event counsel for the petitioner fails to produce the said documents, the matter shall be deemed to have been considered and reserved for orders. On 22.09.2025 counsel for the petitioner did not chose to appear, so much so, the title deeds/proof of ownership were also not produced. Today as well none appears for the petitioners, suggesting that the petitioners is not interested in prosecuting the case. Under these circumstances, the petition is dismissed for non- prosecution. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated. CCP(S) No.133/2025 In view of the dismissal of the petition contempt notices issued are recalled and proceedings dropped.
