The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State submits that charge-sheet has already been submitted in the case vide charge-sheet No.121/25 dated 29.05.2025. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the accused persons shall appear before the learned court below and till then seeks protection. 4. Accordingly, this application is disposed of with the direction to the accused persons shall appear before the Court of learned CJM, Kamrup(M), Guwahati within a period of 14 days from today and till then, the interim order passed earlier by this Court Page No.# 3/3 shall continue. 5. Upon such appearance, the accused persons may file appropriate applications for bail and the same shall be disposed of as per law. 6.
