Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite parties. 2. Present petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India has been filed seeking direction to authority concerned for consideration of petitioner's case to permit her joining at Telwapur Anganwadi Centre under general category within a stipulated time frame. 3. It is submitted that in pursuance of advertisement issued, petitioner had applied for the post of Anganwadi Worker and has been selected for Village Dharmapura under E.W.S. as well as unreserved general category under below poverty line quota. It is submitted that at the time of submitting application of petitioner under the E.W.S. category, her husband was unemployed but subsequently he was appointed in a Government Department under U.P. Recruitment of Dependents of Government Servants (Dying in Harness) Rules, 1974 and therefore there will be complication in case now she is provided joining under the E.W.S. quota and therefore submits that she may now be provided joining under unreserved general category quota. 4. For said grievance, petitioner is said to have submitted a representation but seeks liberty to file a fresh representation before authority concerned. 5. Learned counsel for petitioner restricts prayer for decision on representation of petitioner. 6. Considering the innocuous prayer, without adverting to merits of the case, liberty is granted to petitioner to make fresh representation before opposite party no.4 i.e. District Programme Officer, District Bahraich. In case such a representation is filed, the same is required to be decided by authority concerned expeditiously by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of six weeks from the date a copy of this order along with fresh representation is produced before the said authority. 7.
