Heard learned counsel for petitioners as well as learned Additional Government Advocate for the State. 2. It has been submitted by learned counsel for petitioners that both the petitioners are major aged about 20 & 22 years and both belong to Muslim Religion. It is further submitted that as per the Aadhar Card, the date of birth of petitioner No. 1/Sarvar Jaha is 01.02.2005 and as per Aadhar Card, the date of birth of petitioner No. 2/Noor Ahamad is 04.06.2003 and accordingly the petitioenr no. 1 and 2 are major. It has further been submitted that the petitioners are living together and have also married. A Nikahnama has also been annexed, indicating that the petitioners have married on 16.06.2025. The allegation leveled in the present petition is that respondent No. 4 who is the brother of petitioner no. 1 is threatening and harassing the petitioners due to which their marital life has been disturbed. 3. He further submits that petitioners have already preferred an application dated 23.06.2025 (Annexure No. 3) before Superintendent of Police Sitapur to ensure peace and harmony is maintained in the matrimonial life of the petitioners which has neither been decided nor any action has been taken to ensure the protection of their life and liberty till date. Accordingly, a prayer has been made for granting police protection to the petitioners. 4. In light of the fact that petitioners have already approached Superintendent of Police, Sitapur for protection of married life by moving an application dated 23.06.2025, respondent No. 3/Superintendent of Police, Sitapur is directed to verify the facts as alleged by the petitioners in the present petition and application and if he finds that respondent No. 4 is threatening the peaceful life of the petitioners who are living as husband and wife, he shall pass appropriate orders on the application of the petitioners ensuring security of the petitioners to protect their married life. 5. 5. The above exercise shall be done expeditiously, say, within a period of one week from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him. 6.
