Supplementary affidavit filed by learned counsel for the petitioner is taken on record. 3. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking quashing of the First Information Report dated 17.06.205, Case Crime No. 0150/2025 under Section 87 of B.N.S., 2023,Police Station Ibrahimpur, District Ambedkarnagar. 3. The contention of learned counsel for the petitioners is that both the petitioners, petitioner No. 1 and 2 are major and have solemnized marriage out of their own free will, the certificate of age is on record. The Supplementary Affidavit indicates that the marriage has been registered. 4. In view of these facts, no useful purpose would be served in keeping the criminal proceedings pending, as such, F.I.R. in question i.e.F.I.R. dated 17.06.205, Case Crime No. 0150/2025 under Section 87 of B.N.S., 2023,Police Station Ibrahimpur, District Ambedkarnagar is quashed. 5.
