The short term bail application has been moved by the present applicant ‘Mohd. Danish’ S/o Mohd. Ali alias Mohd. Nabi in First Information Report dated 22.09.2025 bearing FIR No. 417 of 2025 lodged for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 121(1), 132, 221, 352, 351(2), 324(3), 190, 196(C) and 109 of BNS, 2023 r/w Section 7 of Criminal Law Amendment Act, P.S. Kashipur, District Udham Singh Nagar. 4. It is contended in the short term bail application that the marriage of sister of the present applicant is scheduled to be held on 15.11.2025 and the present applicant is only the brother of the sister and as such the applicant be granted the short term bail to attend the marriage. 5. Learned State counsel on instructions apprise to this court that the officials have verified the marriage invitation card, which is appended with the short term bail application and inform that the marriage of the sister of the present applicant is scheduled on 15.11.2025. 6. Apart from this, on instructions, he also apprise to this court that the investigation is going on; however, the applicant has no previous criminal antecedents. 7. Taking into consideration that the marriage of the sister of the present applicant is scheduled to be held on 15.11.2025, which has already been verified by the police official, this court is of the view that the applicant deserves for short term bail for 15 days. 8. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case the applicant is admitted to short term bail. 9. Let the applicant ‘Mohd. Danish’ be released on short term bail for 15 days to be reckoned from the date of release on furnishing his personal bond and two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned. 10. It is made clear that the applicant shall provide his mobile number to the concerned SHO so that the concerned SHO may aware about all the activities of the present applicant.
