Learned senior counsel representing the petitioner submits that there are some incurable defects in the revisional application. Due to inadvertence, the identity of the victim has been disclosed at a place. The petitioner, therefore, wants to withdraw the application with liberty to file fresh.
Accordingly, the revisional application is dismissed as not being in form. However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner from filing an appropriate application afresh under the self same grounds.
