Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Lalpur P.S. Case No. 61 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 111, 338, 303(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Shri Gautam Gobinda, learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi. On 15.02.2025 at about 11:30 A.M., Lalpur police on the basis of suspicion, apprehended the co-accused persons namely Vikash Kumar and Sohail Ansari while they were travelling on a stolen motorcycle. It was submitted that name of the petitioner has transpired in confession of co-accused Isteyak Ansari. It was further submitted that some motor parts are alleged to have been recovered from the work shop of this petitioner. It was further submitted that several co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court earlier. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Shri Gautam Gobinda, learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi, in connection with Lalpur P.S.
