Bhattacharya, learned G.A, appearing for the respondent-State as well as Mr. D. Bhattacharya, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. S. Saha, learned counsel appearing for their respective respondent(s). [2] This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:- “i) Admit this writ Petition. ii) Issue show cause upon the Respondents and each one of them to show cause as to why a writ of Mandamus or in the nature there of shall not be issued mandating/ directing the Respondents to give the benefit of Memorandum no. F.5(1)- FIN(PC)/2021/2244-2444 dated 02.03.2021 and Memorandum bearing no. F. 5(1)-FIN (PC)/2021/299-372 dated 04.08.2022 (Annexure 4 and Annexure 5, respectively) shall not be extended to the Petitioner. iii) Issue Rule NISI. iv) In case the Respondents fails to reply in a satisfactorily manner, be kind enough to make the Rule absolute”. [3] Heard and perused the evidence on record. [4] After perusal of the record, it has been seen that the petitioner herein submitted letters dated 13.10.2022 and 17.10.2022 addressed to the concerned respondents, ventilating his grievances but till date the same has not been resolved. [5] In view of such circumstances, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the concerned-respondent(s) to consider the case of the petitioner in light of the letters dated 13.10.2022 and 17.10.2022 in accordance with law within a period of 03(three) months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. [6] With the above observation and direction, this present writ petition stands disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous application(s), pending if any, shall stand closed.
