Mr.K.Roshan, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Savings Bank Accounts; (i) No.431801000353 of ICICI Bank, Imphal Branch and (ii) No.50140100004245 of Bank of Baroda, Kongba Branch, Imphal Manipur, have been freezed on the complaint of the S.H.O. Cyber Crime Police Station, Outer North District, Bawana Sector-1, New Delhi. However, the ICICI Bank and Bank of Baroda, do not give any intimation about the disputed amount allegedly involved with the Accounts of the petitioner maintained with them and since the accounts have been freezed petitioner has been facing difficulties in running business. Accordingly, it is prayed that the respondents/Banks be directed to defreeze the Bank Accounts of the petitioner. Mr.I.Rajesh, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court may pass appropriate order. This Court has perused the materials available on record and considered the submissions made at the Bar. No specific amount is mentioned for freezing the account. In the circumstance, the respondents are directed to defreeze the accounts of the petitioner maintained with them. With the above direction, the writ petition is closed. Misc case also stand closed.
