Through the medium of the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction upon the respondents to issue the final selection list of AAYA/Helper in respect of Government School, PS Hajam Mohalla Gundchahal. 02. Objections stand filed on behalf of the respondents. In paragraph (5) of the objections, it has been submitted that the school in question, namely PS Hajam Mohammad Gundchahal, has been merged with MS Gundchahal school on the ground that the said primary school was declared insecure. Under these circumstances, the post that had been advertised is stated to have been withdrawn by the concerned Zonal Education Officer due to the merging of the school in question. 03. In view of the above position, the relief prayed for in the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
