The petitioner is before this court seeking for the following reliefs: "(1) to revive the order dated 12.02.2018 passed in W.P.No.18664/2013 by this Hon'ble Court, and (2) Pass such other order or orders as deemed fit in the circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity." 2. The order dated 12.02.2018 passed in WP No.18664/2013, which is subject matter of the above petition was passed with the consent of both the parties. Insofar as a similar list having been covered by an order dated 27.11.2017 in WP No.57324 at 325/2015 the consent of both the counsel was insofar as the subject matter being covered by the - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:10930 RP No. 168 of 2022 aforesaid decision and not as regard the dictum laid down in that matter. 3. In that view of the matter, I am of the considered opinion that the petitioner would always be entitled to file an appeal challenging the said order on similar grounds as that which has been challenged in WP No.57324-325/2015. 4.
