The captioned Writ Petition is filed to declare that the letters/ intimations bearing NGN/GNG/302/2013-14 dated 10.07.2013 vide Annexure-M and NGN/GNG/412/2013-14 dated 08.08.2013 vide Annexure-A are wholly illegal, non-est and arbitrary and consequently, issue a Writ of Certiorari to quash the letters/ intimations bearing NGN/GNG/302/2013-14 - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:3318 WP No. 36920 of 2013 dated 10.07.2013 vide Annexure-M and NGN/GNG/412/2013- 14 dated 08.08.2013 vide Annexure-A issued by the first respondent. 3. Heard the arguments and perused the writ papers with care. 4. It is noted that one Mr.Adil N.Unvalla had given a complaint. Taking note of the same, the Registrar of Societies issued intimation letters calling upon the President and Secretary, Bangalore Golf Club to reply to the complaint. Suffice it to note that the Intimation Letters were issued in the year 2013. Now we are in the month of January 2025. It's been twelve years. Due to efflux of time, the intimation letters have spent itself. Hence, nothing survives for consideration in the Writ Petition. I decline to exercise power under the writ jurisdiction. 5.
