This petition has been filed with the following main prayers:- "i) To pass an order or direction in writ nature of mandamus directing to opposite parties to conduct the fair and proper investigation against the named persons mentioned in case crime no. 0199/2024, U/S-85, 115(2), 351(2), 352 B.N.S. & 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S.- B.K.T., District-Lucknow (Annexure No.1 & 2) in the interest of justice." 3. Learned A.G.A. for the State Respondents on the basis of instructions says that the investigation has been completed and atleast four people have been charge sheeted. The names of two accused has been dropped as no credible evidence has been found against them. The charge sheet dated 24.10.2024 has been submitted to the Supervisory Authority. 4. The written instructions are kept on record. 5. This writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Magistrate concerned, if any grievance is still left to be addressed.
