The prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a direction to respondent No.1 to consider both the representations dated 05.12.2024, the copies of which are produced at Annexure - A and B, by which, the petitioner is seeking for transfer of khata on the basis of her inheritance. 2. Learned AGA places on record an endorsement dated 20.02.2025 issued by the Special Tahsildar, in which, he has informed the petitioner that the claim of inheritance proceedings cannot be initiated in the light of an interim order granted in O.S.No.298/2001. - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:11073 WP No. 2711 of 2025 3. Since the claim of the petitioner has been considered and the order has been passed, the prayers made in this writ petition would not survive for consideration and this writ petition is accordingly disposed of has having become unnecessary. 4.
