The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 4.1.2024 passed by this Court in Matters Under Article 227 No. 13242 of 2023. In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, Sri Chandan Sharma, Advocate representing the opposite party has obtained instructions in the matter and has handed over a copy of the same to the Court which is taken on record. A perusal of the instructions as well as the records annexed with the affidavit filed in support of the contempt application, I do not find any wilful disobedience on the part of the Judicial Officer of the court concerned who has been impleaded as opposite party in the present case. The contempt application is dismissed.
