Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner, who is aggrieved that a decision has been taken by the respondent for construction of the model fair price shop at a different area. 3. Learned Standing Counsel, based upon the instructions, states that based upon the requirement, a decision was taken for establishing the model shop at Gata No.654 and the constructions have also started. 4. Considering the fact that the decision has been taken for running a fair price shop at a particular place in the interest of the public, no rights can be said to be violated warranting interference under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 5.
