Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri Syed Aftab Ahmad, learned counsel for the respondents. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners argues that the petition was filed as the respondents were not conducting the first semester examination. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents, based upon the instructions, states that the date for conducting the first semester examination has already been fixed. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the gap in between the exam is too less. This aspect cannot be considered by this Court. 5. In view of the statement of learned counsel for the respondents that the exams are scheduled to be held from 15th July, 2025, no further directions are required. 6.
