Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to dispose of the Writ Petition at the stage of admission itself, directing Respondent No. 3 to consider the petitioner’s complaint dated 04.02.2025. If necessary, the petitioner may make a fresh representation to Respondent No. 3, and on receipt of such representation, Respondent No. 3 shall deal with it in accordance with law and as per the procedure contemplated under Section 173(3) of BNSS, 2023. 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed off. There shall be no order as to costs.
