By means of the present writ petition, a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in peaceful marital life of petitioners, has been sought. 3. As per the instructions received through learned Standing Counsel, wherein the affidavit of parents of both the petitioners have been appended, which crystal clearly reveals that there is hardly any hindrance/problem created by them and they people are well satisfied with the solemnization of marriage of petitioner nos.1 and 2 and as such no cause of action survives in favour of petitioners for seeking police protection. 4.
