Petitioner's one day salary on account of absence from the institution was directed not to be paid to him by order dated 02.04.2024. 2. Learned counsel submits that by the same order, identical action was taken against five persons including the petitioner and where as in January, 2025, salary of all other four persons has been released having found their explanation as satisfactory, neither the petitioner is being paid his salary nor his explanation dated 03.04.2024 has been considered so far and, therefore, the present writ petition has been filed. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that in case the explanation dated 03.04.2024 has been received in the office of the District Inspectors of Schools, Barabanki, the same shall be considered by him within stipulated period of time as fixed by this Court. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with the following directions:- (i). The petitioner shall file a copy of this order alongwith a fresh application annexing therewith photo-stat copy of his previous explanation dated 03.04.2024 before the District Inspector of Schools, Barabanki within a week from today; (ii). The District Inspector of Schools, Barabanki after providing opportunity of hearing to the petitioner shall consider the same and pass a reasoned and speaking order by the end of July, 2025; (iii). In case the petitioner's explanation is found to be satisfactory, unpaid salary shall be paid to him within same time and in case, the District Inspector of Schools is not satisfied with the explanation, a reasoned and speaking order shall be passed by him within same period of time.
