The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "(i) to issue a writ of Mandamus commanding the opposite party No.1 to 5 to take the necessary action for removal of the illegal encroachment of the opposite party no.6 and 7 Kamlesh Verma and Navi Ahmad made over the Public Utility Land of Gata No.600M (area 0.2770 hectare) and Gata No.602M (area 0.142 hectare) recorded as Sadak Pokhta in the name of Public works department situated in Vazidpur Town fallen in the Nagar Palika Parishad Jalapur, District Ambedkar Nagar and also to take necessary actions against the opposite party no.6 and 7 for their illegal encroachment over the above said land." 3. Learned Standing Counsel, based upon the instructions, states that the notices have already been served and the proceedings shall be initiated soon. 4. In view of the said statement, the present petition is disposed of with direction to institute the proceedings and to conclude the same expeditiously within the time as prescribed under the U.P.
