Petitioner’s grievance is that her representation dated 11.03.2025 (Annexure P-4) preferred to respondent No.2/competent authority seeking transfer from District Chamba to District Kangra under 5% Inter District Quota in terms of notification dated 20.11.2021 has still not been decided. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law and in terms of 5% Inter District Quota in terms of notification dated 20.11.2021, within a period of four weeks from today.
