The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer: “It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the petition filed by the petitioner and be pleased to make an order to delete the name of the petitioner from the charge-sheet and by directing the Station House Officer of Police Station City Kotwali Mungeli to delete the name of the petitioner from the charge-sheet and also directing the learned Presiding Judge of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Mungeli to delete the name of the petitioner from the criminal case, in the interest of justice.” 3 4. Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner has already been acquitted by the learned trial Court vide judgment dated 27.07.2022, and therefore, the present petition has become infructuous. 5.
