A death certificate of the Appellant is also annexed with the said report, wherein, it is mentioned that he died on 26.08.2015. 3. In view of above, as sole appellant Bal Krishna Agrawal S/o Late Ramdayal Agrawal died on 26.08.2015 and no representation has been made for bringing legal heirs of the sole appellant on record, therefore, this appeal is dismissed as having abated.
