The present petition has been filed seeking quashing of First Information Report dated 20.06.2025 registered as Case Crime No.248 of 2025, under Sections 316(4), 316(5) B.N.S., P.S. Tandiyawan, District Hardoi. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the FIR bald allegations of misuse of funds were levelled. It is also argued that, in fact, all the funds are released after the signature of the informant himself. 4. Considering the fact that offence has to be investigated based upon the documentary evidence, the present petition is disposed of holding that no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner till submission of police report under Section 193(3) of B.N.S.S. subject to their co-operation in the investigation.
