The present petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging that against some resolution passed, an application was filed under Section 96 of the Uttar Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act by the petitioner along with five elected members, which is said to be pending. 3. Without going to the merits of the contention, the present petition is disposed of directing the respondent no. 2 to pass requisite orders in accordance with law on the application dated 14.02.2025 filed by the petitioner under Section 96 of the Uttar Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, with all expedition preferably within a period of three weeks from today.
