THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE VENKATESWARLU NIMMAGADDA CONTEMPT CASE NO:2193 OF 2024 ORDER: This contempt case is filed against the respondents for willful disobedience of the orders dated 22.12.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.2503 of 2023. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner(s) and learned counsel for the respondents. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submits that the respondents have complied with the orders dated 22.12.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.2503 of 2023 and hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case. Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
