The instant application has been filed in a decided case i.e. CMPMO No. 162/2019, which stands disposed of on 21.7.2025. It has been averred in the application that during the pendency of the aforesaid petition, non-applicant had deposited a sum of Rs.30,000/- in the registry of this Court, therefore, prayer has been made for the release of the said amount. Since the petition stands already disposed of, therefore, in view of the averments, as made in the application, which is duly supported by an affidavit, the same is allowed. Consequently, the amount lying deposited in the Registry of this Court, along with upto date interest, is ordered to be released in favour of the applicant by remitting the same to her bank account, details whereof have been given in para 3 of the application.
