Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed filed challenging order of transfer dated 16.06.2025 whereby petitioner has been transferred from Jhansi to District Orai. 3. Mr. Uttam Kumar, learned State Counsel for opposite parties at the very outset has raised a preliminary objection regarding maintainability of this petition in view of the fact that order under challenge has been passed in District Jhansi and therefore, this Court at Lucknow does not have any territorial jurisdiction. It is submitted that furthermore the impugned order dated 16.06.2025 is even otherwise a consequential order passed in pursuance of the order dated 14.06.2025 passed by Deputy Inspector General, Lucknow. 4. In view of such preliminary objection being raised, learned counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh in order to effect challenge to the order dated 14.06.2025. 5. In view of aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to file afresh.
