However, learned counsel for petitioner, at the very outset, submits that some important facts have not been properly mentioned in the petition and there are some inadvertent omissions also and, therefore, without prejudice to their rights and contentions, the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file it afresh. 4.
