Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the appeal has been decided by the appellate Court, as such, this petition has rendered infructuous. 04. Though the matter has been called twice, but the counsel for the petitioners have chosen not to appear, therefore, the instant petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
